Welcome

Since 1983, this school has offered gentle martial and energy arts for the pressures of daily life. Several of our instructors have more than 20 years of experience. Beginners are welcome and encouraged, by the instructors and by the students in the classes. You are warmly invited to visit and observe all classes.

Energy process work is free, and meets once a week. T'ai-Chi is $30/month and meets weekly. Aikido and T'ai-Chi are $70/month; you can attend up to four Aikido classes and one T'ai-chi class each week for this cost.
